The company plays the leading role in the implementation of waste treatment technologies via selective collection of wastes, modern waste treatment and accumulated professional experience. Challenge
Büchl Hungária Kft. provides its professional services for various waste materials to different business customers. Their service offer contains also treatment of oil-containing waste waters, emulsions and washed alkalis. Know-how of the company enables to perform chemical-physical pre-treatment, as well as post-treatment with activated carbon.
On the basis of appointment given by the company´s customer disposal and treatment of solid and fluid wastes from the customer’s plant in Győr has been made and inner wastes logistic system has been operated by the BÜCHL HUNGARIA Ltd. since December, 2002. One of the challenges Büchl Hungária Kft. was facing was the treatment of liquid waste. Based on their extensive experience they have been performing process of separation of water and lubricants from emulsions. The challenge was to find proper solution for waste material coming from this process.
Solution
In 2003 Büchl Hungária Kft. and ecorec representatives met in order to study and analyze the business case. The main request from Büchl Hungária Kft. was to have the most efficient, the most convenient and the most sustainable solution for occurring waste material. ecorec managed to introduce suitable solution and offered final outlet for waste oil from emulsion separation and harmonization of deliveries. Logistics was organized by 20 m3 cistern truck and the waste material has been delivered to the ecological recovery.
